"I came In a few days ago and I was served by a sweet woman (I think she is the manager, she is always there), Kailani and a young man Ian. I got a peanut butter mudslide concrete and my husband got a gelati. They served me very quick and they were so genuine with their service. The place was also super clean! We need more people like this in the food industry. Rita’s in Dunkirk is doing something right!"

"Me and my kids have gone here a couple times and every time was a delight. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kind. Always has a mask on and they make sure you wear one before you come up to the window and order. And the flavors are wonderful and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place."

"My First time here. Ryan ( Young Female) greeted me soon as I walked in. I was having trouble deciding what I wanted. And she gave me all the options.So I told her to surprise me. Wow! She whipped up a pretty cool something. I forgot what it was called. Anyway young lady deserves a free lunch or maybe even a raise. She totally deserves it. It was busy and I could see those poor girls were overwhelmed with the constant customers coming in and going back and forth but they handled it like champs. I wish I had their names to praise them. Being in line I did notice some people being nasty with them, but guys, they are just kids get a grip!!!"

"I follow Rita’s on Facebook, they posted asking which flavors we’d like to see before they close for the season, so I requested my favorite and my dad’s favorite. When I saw that they posted having my requested flavors I freaked out and went right after work. When I got there they had just sold out of watermelon, but the AMAZING manager Kailani offered to make me a batch if I had 10 mins to spare, and she was happy to offer to do it for me!! She made not only my entire day, but my dads!! Thank you so much for making our day brighter, and we can’t wait to see you when you open back up!!"
